1. Reservations and Payments

  • All reservations must be made through our website or authorized channels: tours@roatanexcursions.com or phone +504 9727-9916.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 100% of the total cost of the tour is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
  • If full payment is not received, Roatán Excursions reserves the right to cancel the reservation without refunding the deposit.
  • We accept payments via credit card, bank link, and bank transfers.

2. Cancellation Policies

  • Cancellations made less than 35 days prior to the tour are non-refundable.
  • If Roatán Excursions cancels the tour for operational reasons or due to force majeure, a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour will be offered.

3. Tour Modifications

  • Roatán Excursions reserves the right to make minor changes to the itinerary due to weather conditions, site availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. We commit to notifying you in advance whenever possible.
  • If the tour needs to be canceled or modified for reasons beyond our control (including adverse weather conditions), an alternative option or partial refund will be offered as appropriate.

4. Participant Requirements

  • Participants must be in good physical and mental health to participate in the tour activities. Roatán Excursions is not responsible for any pre-existing health conditions that may affect participation.
  • Some tours may have age, weight, or height restrictions. These restrictions will be clearly indicated in the tour description and must be adhered to for safety reasons.

5. Liability and Insurance

  • Roatán Excursions takes all necessary measures to ensure the safety of participants; however, tours involve outdoor activities that may carry inherent risks. Participation is at the customer's own risk.
  • We recommend that all participants acquire adequate travel insurance that covers accidents, medical evacuation, and trip cancellation.

6. Image Rights

During the tours, Roatán Excursions may take photographs or videos that could be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, or other marketing materials. If you do not wish to appear in these images, please notify the staff before the tour begins.

7. Customer Responsibility

  • Participants are responsible for taking care of their personal belongings during the tour. Roatán Excursions is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the tour.
  • Customers must follow the safety instructions and guidelines provided by the tour guides. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from the tour without the right to a refund.
